1. Begin with clean, dry lashes.
2. Position the brush at the base of the lashes.
3. Wiggle the wand gently and sweep upward to the tips.

Apply additional coats for extra length and definition.

Use an oil-based eye makeup remover for easy removal because the formula is waterproof.
